[Feature] CSV deduplication
Introduced configurable deduplication for CSV recipient lists, allowing filtering of duplicates based on specified fields (default: email). Database compare after updating needed!
Enhanced RecipientService to better distinguish recipients by using `uid` when available, ensuring robust handling of CSV-based recipient data. Refined JumpurlMiddleware to require both mail and jumpurl parameters for processing.
New features include normalizing recipient names and enhancing phone field normalization for frontend users. Bug fixes address the stopping of CSV sendings after the first period and ensure recipient data with null or 0 values are correctly handled.
Introduced a new event, ManipulateMailRecipientsEvent, to allow manipulation of the recipient list after finalizing the mail wizard. This event can be useful for removing duplicate recipients across multiple lists.
Implemented RecipientNotFoundException to handle cases where recipient records are missing. Updated JumpurlMiddleware to catch the exception and mitigate potential errors. The commit also includes minor improvements in layout, such as handling directories in ScssParserUtility, HTML form updates, additional CSS rules, and setting email subject in test mails.
Fixes bug in recipient list from pages restricted by categories. Updating is highly recommended, since a deleted user from such a list could block further delivering.
